ABOUT DREW

Attorney Drew WillsPersonal injury lawyer Wm. Andrew Wills II, is better known by his colleagues, clients and community members as Drew. He is a Colorado Springs native and has been practicing personal injury law throughout the state of Colorado for over 35 years.

His practice is focused primarily on serious personal injuries and wrongful death cases resulting from motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, medical malpractice and more. Drew is selective about the cases that he takes, so that he can provide personal attention to each client who comes to him for help. He understands that your injury claims are extremely important to you, and he is going to provide you with the skilled assistance that you need to recover the maximum amount of compensation that is available to you.

Experience On Both Sides Of Personal Injury Cases

Drew received his legal education from Lewis & Clark College and the University of Colorado at Boulder, completing his Juris Doctor in 1983. He spent several years as a defense lawyer defending liability claims on behalf of insurance companies, and then redirected his legal practice to represent the individuals and families who have suffered serious injury or wrongful death as a result of the negligence of others. Drew’s knowledge of the “other side” of personal injury law has proven to be an invaluable asset, as he is able to predict and disarm the tactics used by insurance companies on behalf of his clients.

Drew is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of Colorado, and is linked to a broad network of field professionals who help to gather evidence to successfully present his clients’ claims. He is an active member in the El Paso County and Colorado bar associations, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Medical Malpractice Trial Lawyers Association. He holds an AV Preeminent* peer review rating in Martindale-Hubbell, signifying that he has attained the highest level of professional standards and ethical ability.
